Business Continuity

We are all set to offer our customers assistance on a 24/7 basis. Apart from our staff being optimally service-oriented, we must also be able to rely continuously on the systems that we work with, and that we have sufficient staffing to process all requests for assistance.

To ensure that our customers can always reach us when needed, we continuously monitor the assurance of an uninterrupted service provision and process flow. To guarantee this, Eurocross Assistance has an extensive programme of measures, instruments and protocols in place, which we bundled under the name Business Continuity. For this purpose, we have double computer and telephone systems, ensuring that all data is safely stored and that the service can continue normally in case of a system failure. In addition, we have a remote backup location, where we can continue to provide assistance if we are forced to leave our premises. And via Internet and telephone lines our staff can connect to our systems from a remote location, for instance, if they need to work from home. Also, we regularly test all these measures and organise crisis drills to be well prepared for any calamity.

We are convinced that these measures make us excellently prepared to cope with any calamities, such as an outbreak of the Swine flu (staff that are forced to stay at home because schools or day care centres are closed, or who are in an incubation period without being sick, etc.).
