Our clients can count on this where it concerns the contacts with their clients. Because we are aware that we set the scene for our clients every time that a client appeals to us for help. We spot bottlenecks, discuss these with clients and offer solutions. It is an obvious contribution to optimising their services.
International network
Clients are becoming more international and require services on both the European and global level. Which is why we have an international network of partners at our disposal. We make use of the expanding international network of parent company Achmea.
European alliance
Eurocross is one of the founders of Astrum Assistance Alliance. An international alliance of five major, independent European emergency centres, each of which occupy a leading position: Eurocross Assistance (Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria), SOS International (Scandinavia), Roland Assistance (Germany), Fidelia Assistance (France), Mobi-24 (Switzerland). By joining forces, Eurocross can offer even more support to clients who offer their services in all of Europe and globally. Scaling-up, clever co-operations, exchange of knowledge and experience and central purchasing result in optimal quality and efficiency. This enables us to considerably reduce the claims towards clients. Moreover, Eurocross makes use of the local purchasing position and networks of the Astrum-partners. And so we can dispose of the best (medical) staff at local – and therefore the lowest - rates.
